Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 have a maximum PST and OST size limit of 20GB. These values are configurable downward via the following registry values per user (HKEY_CURRENT_USER)
Set the Maximum File Size

Default: 0x00005000 20,480 (20 GB)
Set a Warning When Approaching the Maximum Size

Maximum Size PST can grow after limit is reached
