Grant User-Group permissions to all mailboxes

In Exchange 2007 sp2 by default domain admins have no permissions to all mailbox to rectify this enter the following

Get-Mailbox|add-mailboxpermission -user "\Domain Admins" -AccessRights "FullAccess"
